Shipping

We ship our packages via parcel services PostNL and DHL (within the Netherlands) or DHL (outside the Netherlands).

Delivery time and shipping costs

Orders placed before 2 p.m. we will transfer to the parcel service the same day*. The prices listed on our website do not include shipping costs.

Standard delivery time* (excluding pre-orders, made-to-order, reorders, custom made and personalized items)

Pre-orders, made-to-order items, backorders and custom made and personalized items have longer delivery time. The exact delivery time is indicated with each item. Delivery time of fully custom made dresses is between 4-6 weeks. If you have an item personalized, your item will be shipped within 2-4 business days. We ship all items placed in one order at the same time. We therefore recommend ordering in-stock items separately if you wish to receive in-stock items sooner. If you decide to split the purchase into multiple deliveries after placing your order, it is possible that additional shipping costs will be charged.
