Premium Exchange Service at AVEYA®

Please note: This applies only to delivery addresses in the Netherlands, Belgium, or Germany.

Our premium exchange service is not available during Golden Days. Orders placed with the Golden Days discount (May 20–25) cannot therefore be exchanged free of charge. During this period, exchanges must be made by returning the item and placing a new order. 💗

Free exchange at AVEYA®

At AVEYA®, we make every dress with love and attention to detail. We understand that it can sometimes be difficult to choose the right size straight away. That's why we offer our customers a one-time free exchange, so that your daughter's dress fits her perfectly. You can register your order for return or exchange within 14 days of receipt. Are you a Momsclub Member at the time of ordering? Then you are entitled to a 30-day cooling-off period.

Within this period, we offer one free exchange: you may exchange the dress once, free of charge, for the same dress in a different size or color. We will pay both the return shipping costs and the shipping costs for the replacement item. If you would prefer to receive a different dress, we ask that you place a new order and return the original item via our returns portal.

Exchange portal

1. Register for exchange

  • Please report your exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Are you a Momsclub Member? Then you have 30 days to do so.
  • Custom-made and sale items cannot be exchanged.
  • Within your 30-day order period, one free exchange per customer or delivery address applies.
  • Applies only to delivery addresses in the Netherlands, Belgium, or Germany.
  • Not available for orders placed with a discount during Golden Days (May 20–25).

2. Packing

  • Carefully pack your item(s) and remove any old shipping labels.
  • Print your return label and affix it securely to the package.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with hang tags attached.
  • Preferably use the shipping box from your previous order. This is better for the environment.

3. Send

  • Bring your package to a parcel point within 14 days of registration.
  • Keep the shipping receipt in a safe place until your return has been fully processed and refunded.
  • Without a valid shipping receipt with a Track & Trace code, we cannot investigate missing packages and therefore cannot exchange or refund anything.

4. Shipping new item(s)

  • Once we have received and processed your return in good order, we will ship new item(s) within 1–2 business days, provided they are in stock.
  • Is the desired size out of stock? Then we will ship the item in accordance with the delivery time stated on our website for the dress and size.
  • The same return conditions apply to exchanges as to normal returns: the dress must be returned unworn, undamaged, and with the hang tag attached.
    If we receive an item that has been worn or damaged, we cannot process the exchange and send a new item(s).

At AVEYA®, we believe that every dress should fit perfectly. That's why you can easily exchange or return your purchase within the cooling-off period, and we offer one free exchange during this period.
Read below to find out exactly how it works.

Is the delivery address in the Netherlands, Belgium, or Germany? If so, you may exchange your order once, free of charge, for a different size or color.
We will cover both the shipping costs for the new shipment and the return shipping costs for the exchanged item.

Is your shipping address outside the Netherlands, Belgium, or Germany, and would you like to exchange your item? Please contact us.

The cooling-off period is the period during which you can decide to return or exchange an item.

• Regular customers: 14 days after receipt.
• Momsclub Members: 30 days after receipt.

The free exchange service is an extra benefit during the cooling-off period:
You can exchange your item once for a different size or color, free of charge.

You may exchange your purchase once free of charge within your cooling-off period:

• 14 days for regular customers or
• 30 days if you are a Momsclub Member at the time of purchase.

For each subsequent exchange, standard shipping and return fees will apply.

If you place multiple orders or request multiple exchanges at the same address or under the same name within 30 days of your first purchase?
This will be considered a single order period with one free exchange.
For each additional exchange within this period, standard shipping and return fees will apply.
These fees may be deducted from your refund, if applicable.

You can also exchange a personalized item for a different size or color.
The personalization will be transferred to the new dress free of charge, so that it continues to fit your daughter perfectly.
Please note: the costs for personalization (€12 per label) are non-refundable in the event of a return or cancellation, as this is made especially for you.

When exchanging an item, the discount applied will only remain valid for the same item in a different size or color.
If you would like a different item, please place a new order and return the original item via our returns portal.
Discount codes (such as welcome or temporary promotions) are only valid on the original order and cannot be reused for a new order.

No, sale items and custom-made dresses cannot be exchanged or returned.
Our Luxury for Less Sale features discounted, last sizes.
These are excluded from our return and exchange service.

  1. Visit our exchange portal.
  2. Please enter your order number, name, and the desired size or dress.
  3. After approval, you will receive a return label by email.
  4. Once we have received your return, we will ship the new dress according to the delivery time stated on our website.

Please note: the same return conditions apply to exchanges as to normal returns. The dress must be returned in its original, unworn condition, with the hang tag attached and the luxury gift box undamaged.

We will ship your new item within 1–2 business days after receiving the item(s) to be exchanged, provided that the desired size is in stock.

Is the size not immediately in stock?
Then we will ship the item in accordance with the delivery time stated on our website for the item and size in question.
You will automatically receive a shipping confirmation as soon as the dress is on its way.

Each order comes with one luxury gift box per order as standard.
If you want to exchange one or more items from your order,
use the same gift box and shipping box that you received with your original delivery when returning the items.

We do not send a new gift box with exchanges.
The new item is delivered in the reused shipping box to avoid unnecessary packaging material.
This allows us to remain true to our values of quality, care, and sustainability, without compromising the luxurious appearance of our products.

If you make multiple exchanges within 30 days of your first purchase,
we may deduct the standard shipping and return fees for each additional exchange from your refund.
This ensures our service remains fair, transparent, and sustainable for everyone 🌿

We carefully inspect every dress upon receipt.
Items that are returned worn, washed, damaged, or without a hangtag are not covered by our return and exchange policy.
In that case, we cannot process the exchange and will not issue a refund or provide a replacement.
You will always receive an email notification regarding this.
If you would like to have the dress returned to you, you will be charged standard shipping and return fees.
This allows us to maintain our quality standards and guarantee every customer a perfect, unworn dress 💖
