1. Register your return

  • Report your return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Please tell us the items you want to return. Custom made items cannot be returned.
  • Choose the desired return method.

2. Packing

  • Pack your items.
  • Remember to remove or cover the old shipping label.
  • Print your return label and stick it on the package yourself.
  • Please ensure items are returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • With clothing, it is important that the clothing hangtag is attached to the clothing.

3. Send

  • Bring your package to a post office within 14 days of notification.
  • Please keep the shipping receipt until your return has been fully processed and refunded.
  • Without a valid shipping receipt with Track & Trace code, we cannot investigate missing packages and therefore cannot refund anything.

4. Refund

  • Once we have received your return in good order and condition you will receive a refund or an adjusted Klarna invoice within 5 business days.
  • If we have created a return label for you, the return fee will automatically be deducted from your return amount.

You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt, except for custom made dream dresses by AVEYA. You can register your return on our returns page. You have 14 days to return your order. You will be responsible for the cost of returning your order. You will then receive a full refund from us, excluding any paid shipping costs, additional personalization costs and return costs.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. For clothing, it is important that the clothing hangtag is attached. To return your order, please register your return on our returns page. You can choose from 2 return options with us:

2. You will receive a PostNL return label by e-mail within 12 hours. This option can only be used within the Netherlands! This return label costs € 6.95 and will be deducted from the refund.
Once we have received your return in good order, we will refund the amount due within 5 days after receipt of your return provided the items have already been received in good order.

If the product is used and/or the hangtag on the clothing is missing, unfortunately we cannot accept the return and you will not receive a refund from us. Is the product damaged? Then we will charge the depreciation of the product on the refund. So please treat our products with care and make sure it is packed and returned unused and undamaged when returning.

If you have chosen, when ordering, to have the package delivered to a post office/service point, you must pick up this package within 7 days. This is because the package will remain at the pickup location for 7 days before it is returned. For more exact information, please contact your local post office/pickup location. If you do not pick up the package it will be returned to us. The parcel will then be registered by us as 'not collected'. To this end, we will then charge a € 10.00 handling fee. The remaining order amount will be refunded to you - in the same way as you originally paid for the order. If you regret your order and wish to cancel it, you must pick up the package and return it within 14 days of picking it up. You then have 14 days to return the package to us. This way it will not be registered as an "unclaimed" package!
