Not satisfied with your purchase? At AVEYA, you can return your item within 14 days or exchange it for FREE (except for custom-made items). Momsclub Members have 30 days to change their mind. Read here how you can exchange/return your item(s).

Free exchange at AVEYA®

At AVEYA®, we make every dress with love and attention to detail. We understand that it can sometimes be difficult to choose the right size straight away.
That's why we offer our customers a one-time free exchange, so that your daughter's dress fits perfectly.

Orders placed within 30 days of the initial purchase by the same customer or to the same delivery address are considered to be part of a single order period. One free exchange is possible within this period. You can easily register your exchange via our returns portal.

Free exchange conditions

• You can exchange your order once free of charge for the same item in a different size or color.

• If you would prefer to receive a different item, we ask that you place a new order and return the original item via our returns portal.

• Discount codes, such as welcome discounts or temporary promotions, are only valid on the original order and cannot be reused for a new order outside the promotional period.

• For the first exchange, we will cover both the return shipping costs and the shipping costs for the replacement item.

• After the first free exchange, shipping costs (€5.95) and return costs (€6.95) will be charged for each subsequent exchange.

Our Luxury for Less sale is a special promotion featuring unique dresses that will not be returning next season. Because these are discounted items and last sizes, some adjusted terms and conditions apply. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. We want to be as transparent as possible so that you know exactly where you stand. Do you have questions about a size or would you like advice before ordering? Feel free to contact our team, we are happy to help you.

• You have the right to return or exchange your order within 14 days of receipt.
• Custom-made/sale items are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
• After registration, you have 14 days to return your package.
• Keep your proof of shipment in a safe place; this is your proof of timely return. Without valid proof, the right of withdrawal expires.

Return & exchange process
• If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all accessories supplied, in its original condition and packaging.
• For clothing, the original hang tag must still be attached.
• Report your return or exchange via our returns page; you will receive a return label by email within 12 hours.


return label rates • Netherlands: €6.95
• Belgium & Germany: €9.95
• Other European countries: €12.95

The return label amount will be deducted from the refund amount (except for exchanges, which are free of charge). Once we have received your return in good order, we will refund the amount due within 5 business days.

• If the product has been used or damaged, or if the hang tag is missing, we cannot accept the return. In that case, you will not receive a refund and no exchange can take place.
• So make sure your order is returned undamaged and complete so that we can process your return smoothly.


free gift box included • The free luxury gift box must always be returned in its original and undamaged condition.
• If the gift box is missing or damaged, we will charge €10 for this.


gift box purchased separately • A luxury magnetic box purchased separately is excluded from exchange and return.

Once we have received your return in good order, you will receive a refund for the purchase price, minus the following costs (if applicable):

• Shipping costs
• Production costs for personalized labels (€12 per label, even for free personalization promotions)
• Costs for missing or damaged free luxury gift box (maximum €10)
• Return label costs
• Payment method costs (such as Klarna and iDEAL in 3)

(!) Returns received after the specified period will not be processed.

(!) After the first free exchange, shipping costs (€5.95) and return costs (€6.95) will be charged for each subsequent exchange.

If you choose delivery to a PostNL parcel point, the following conditions apply to uncollected parcels:

• Packages must be collected within 7 days.
• After this period, the package will automatically be returned to us and registered as uncollected.
• We charge an administration fee of €20 for uncollected packages. This fee covers shipping, return, and administrative costs, among other things.
• In addition, if applicable, the costs for personalized labels (€12 per label, even for free personalization promotions) and payment method costs will be deducted.
• The remaining order amount will be refunded via the same payment method used to place the order.
• Already know you don't want to keep your package? Pick it up at the PostNL parcel point and report it for return within 14 days of receipt. This way, your order will be treated as a normal return and not as an "unclaimed" package.
